Alignment occurs when interdependent systems support one another for the purpose of satisfying customer value and achieving business results. Those systems that are not in alignment have a debilitating impact upon organizational success. As in any meaningful change or growth process the ultimate success is dependent upon leadership and the commitment of top management.
