Our Organizational Alignment Model illustrates the interrelationship of the key elements of an organization that must be in alignment to be effective. Alignment occurs when interdependent systems support one another for the purpose of satisfying customer value and achieving business results. Those systems that are not in alignment have a debilitating impact upon organizational success. As in any meaningful change or growth process the ultimate success is dependent upon leadership and the commitment of top management.
